Then make sure that "designer" points to the qt4 designer, thats all
thats needed. For more sophisticated setups (like adjusting the actual
binary or the plugin paths it is given) you have to have a project open,
then you can find the settings under Project Options->C++ Support->Qt
tab.

(Yes I know thats a pretty strange place, but its been there ever
since...)
