Uffffffff!!!!! It is difficult to be so stupid as I am...:-)
I downloaded by command:
svn co svn://anonsvn.kde.org/home/kde/branches/KDE/3.5/kdevelop/ kdevelop
and compiled. The version reported by generated executable is again 3.4.0. Is 
it correct?

Sorry for my stupidity...
