kdev designer, 'Signal Handlers' window is empty

I have recently (some 2 weeks ago) upgraded to Kdevelop 3.3.3 using
the Suse Linux 9.3 RPMs.
I just noticed today that the window 'Signal Handlers' remains empty,
regradless which widget has been selected in the designer.
The content of the Property Editor is displayed normal, as expected.
I have already searched via Google, Bugzilla and within this mailinglist,
but haven't found any hints in that direction.
Does anyone have an idea what's wrong? (maybe the problem sits
between chair and table ;-)
