Problem building kdevelop

The default for the debug option in configure is to enable it AFAIK for
all KDE apps. So what you see is intended for people looking for bugs or
for developers, you can disable all that info with configure
--disable-debug or you can just ignore it. 

As long as kdevelop works as expected, there is not much to worry about.
