New version problems

Hello, all.
	I managed to install the 3.2.1 version and to keep the previous one.
	Now the problems come:
1. Loading the project which worked in 3.1.1 makes the 3.2.1 to crash for the 
first time. The second opening passes OK.
2. The plugins marked as "not used" in 3.1.1 are back again.
3. Building the project opened in 1 causes the 3.2.1 to crash.

OK, I am back to 3.1.1 but can I help somehow to treat these problems or these 
are known issues? I did not find anything in bugzilla.
