External application paremeter

Hi there,

I would like to know if there is a way of passing a contextual
paramemeter (current file, current cursor position) to an external tool
(called by a right-click) via some flexible parameter (%f %l %c or the
like). I didn't found any help in the documentation file (apart a dry
"to be written...")...
