Cursor triangle in Debugger

Hello, again.
I have some very unpleasant problem with the green cursor triangle in debugger 
- it very often does not appear in the left gray column where it is supposed 
to point to the source line where the execution was stopped by break point.
Only the line is colored.

Is it my personal problem or a known issue?
