Latest Usermanual in Docbook format

I am using KDevelop 3.1.0.  I would like to have a copy of the KDevelop User
Manual in PDF format.... haven't found one yet.... Have found a way to convert
the docbook format to PDF.  Where can I find, in CVS I suppose, the KDevelop
User Manual?
