'KDE-libraries-Doc' Not found. How to install it? or..

Hi.

When setting-up KDevelop 
the set-up dialog warn me as follow;

'KDE-libraries-Doc' 
/root/.kde/share/apps/kdevelop/KDE-Documentation
does not lead to the right location.

I apt-cache search libkde*-doc and all that but
I cannnot find out where and how and if I have it already
I get stuck with this set-up failure report.

Please give any advise.
