kdevelop-3.1.0 annoyances

Alex, Jens,
I should have said that I am using a packaged version from the
kde-redhat project. 

Does KDevelop-CVS build cleanly against KDE-3.3.0 libraries or are
there KDE-3.4 (4.0) features already?
