start KDevelop with different language

hi list

my environment set german language to all programs. 
but I want run KDevelop in the original english version. anyone knows how can 
I perfom this?
I thought there were a command-line parameter for KDE apps, something like 
"--lang=en" but I can't find it anymore - googling also fails :(
