Latest 3.1 doesnt run after upgrade

Running KDEVELOP 3.1  on Mandrake, just installed from
procedure on
http://www.kdevelop.org/?filename=download.html

 But when I run it from the Menu, it still runs the
Old 3.0 Kdevelop version

 Any ideas??
