problem with language support

I've compiled successfully KDevelop 3.1.1 - my $KDEDIR/$KDEDIRS (don't know 
the difference) is /usr
I've installed KDevelop in /usr/local and ran kbuildsycoca

KDevelop starts but when I load a project or create a new one, it shows me the 
message that language support of C could not be created/loaded (the message 
appears in german).
I checked the folders and IMHO all files are present which are needed. I 
compared it to installations which work properly.

any ideas?
