install problem on mdk 10.0

I could not find any official or unofficial kdevelop-3.1.1 rpm for mdk 10.
Mandrake provides kdevelop 3.1.1 for its cooker distribution , trying to 
install those require to install many dependencies rpm which require to 
install other dependencies .....  ;-(
I don't want to screw up my OS.
Is anyone among you guys build a rpm kdevelop package for mdk 10 ?

That would be nice to have kdevelop rmp package for all the mdk 
distributions, not only the cooker !

I could create one if only I could compile it !
