Emacs as a kdevelop editor

I have found the thread that I remembered. It's in kde-devel! Go to:

http://lists.kde.org/?l=kde-devel&r=1&w=2

and search for 

"Qt Xemacs" or "emacs part" or similar. It's been really a long 
thread.
