Integrating Kdevelop 3.0.4 and QT 3.3: howto create *.cpp from *.ui?

Hi!

Using QT to edit *.ui files and coding i Kdevelop.
I use QT's "qmake -project && qmake && make" to create *.cpp.
Then have to delete the *.o files.
Is there an easier way?
