kdevelop compilation problem, take two.

Hey folks,

A while ago I mentioned a compilation problem in 
lib/project/addenvvardialog.cpp - I have now found the culprit. Somehow 
KDE_IS_VERSION( 3, 2, 90 ) is true, although I'm running version 3.2.2. Seems 
kind of flawed to me.

I'll investigate the matter further.
