cvs kdevelop

Hi!:

Is there any problem with kdevelop cvs?

With Cervicisia I get this:
cvs -f -q update -d -P '.' 2>&1 
cvs [update aborted]: connect to anoncvs.kde.org(134.2.170.97):2401 failed: 
Connection refused

My last right update is arround 05-27-2004.
