How come tools aren't working w/in KDev?

No, that's a problem that, to my knowledge, noone has reported before.. which 
leads me to think it's something to do with your system setup.

Can we assume 'find', 'grep' and 'cvs' are all available in the PATH on your 
system? No exceptional security settings?
