How come tools aren't working w/in KDev?

Hi all,

I am running 3.0.0b2.

Lots of tools aren't working for me.   If try to search in files, I get 
"Find: Command not found".   CVS and grep, same thing.    I can compile 
C++ apps just fine though. 

Is this simply something that was fixed and I need to rebuild the latest?
