bug in phpfunctions in 3.1.2 found and fixed. How do I tell developers? - Was Upgraded to Kdevelop 3.1.2: PHP autocompletion list in incomplete

Dear friends,

I think the bug which leads to not autocompletion of 

mysql_connect
mysql_pconnect

is on lines 707 and 708 of the file  phpfunctions

707 mysql:int mysql_connect([string hostname[
708 mysql:int mysql_pconnect([string hostname[

if we undertsood well.

The two lines are not closed with the usual bracket. 

On adding the brackets, everything works fine.

Is that right?
