Upgraded to Kdevelop 3.1.2: PHP autocompletion list in incomplete

Dear friends,

we installed Kdevelop 3.1.2 from source.

Everything went well. Unfortunately, in the list of PHP functions there are 
some holes, like 

mysql_connect

is not there.

Is there a bug?
