Seems like after deleting and recreation of the pics subproject.
kdevelop thought that a target "headers in noinst" was added when it
wasn't, so it tried to access some item in a list which wasn't there.
Anyway, a restart of kdevelop3 brought relief and I can now add my
icons :-)
