how to report bug?

Hi,

I am trying to report bug for kdevelop but I am unable to complete wizard. I 
created my bugzilla account and _can log in manually_.

When wizard asks me to login bugzilla fails with error:

"You're not logged in. Perhaps you disabled cookies? If cookies are activated 
and you still cannot log in, try accessing this site without a proxy server."

And yes, I have cookies enabled and no proxy server.

Where can I report this?
