permanent icon border

hi 

can I force KDevelop to show the icon border at every file that's opened? it's 
also annoying that every opened file doesn't show the icon border wheter I 
was shown last time or not.

or is that behaviour history, meanwhile

I'm using KDevelop 3.0.2 at KDE 3.1.4
