kdevelop bin

[Nina Pham]

I have RH9 server system, I setup 2 users (for example, nina and 
gilbert).I just installed kdevelop using nina as a logon user. My 
problem is I can only access kdevelop if I logon as nina. gilbert won't 
be able to access kdevelop. any suggestion?
