Configure error

It says that "the build-Makefile to create the configure script wasnt found. 
Please make sure your toplevel source directory contains a build-Makefile
with the respective calls to ..." and then it goes off screen

If it helps, I'm trying to make some changes to kdemultimedia/kmix
