RedHat index.docbook problems

Hi all,

the following markups have been removed from index.docbook in CVS now:

<acronym>...</acronym>, &SuSE;, &RedHat;

You can update index.docbook separately from the doc/kdevelop subdirectory on 
CVS if you wish.
If any conflicts remain, please let me know.
