Getting symobols for kdevelop

I keep hitting a segfault and killing kdevelop. This brings up the crash handler
but I'm not getting any symbols.

This is what I see:
Using host libthread_db library "/lib/tls/libthread_db.so.1".

I have arts, kdelibs, kdevelop configured --enable-debug=yes
kde is from cvs
Redhat fedora with up2date.

BTW, the crash is occuring when switching projects. 1 out 3 times I am crashing
on a switch.
