configure error on kdevelop 3b1

I'm currently testing kdevelop3b1 on debian. Configure split out this
error which I have no glue of. Here the end of the output:

checking for _NSGetEnviron... no
checking for vsnprintf... yes
checking for snprintf... yes
checking for X... configure: error: Can't find X includes. Please check
your installation and add the correct paths!
