No more code completion

Hi,

Since a few weeks, I have no more code completion with gideon. I read
some messages about the necessity to r++ to remake the pcs database, but
I found no hint about how and where to run this tool. Is is the
solution? And what can I do ?
Note: I run a daily build gideon CVS.
