No KDevelop3 for KDE3.2?

I had a look at the planned features for KDE 3.2 today, but didn't see
any new KDevelop release in there. 

Seeing the current state of development (moving to beta soon?) I would
have assumed KDevelop3 was slated for inclusion with KDE3.2?
