Installation problem

Hi,

I am trying to install KDevelop on Mandrake 9.1. I
cannot find an RPM so I am trying to compile the
2.1.5_for_KDE 3.1. I want to install to /opt/kdevelop,
thus: 
./configure --prefix=/opt/kdevelop

However, I get a KDE related error:

checking for KDE.... configure: error:
in the prefix, you've chosen, are no KDE headers
installed. This will fail.
So, check this please and use another prefix!

Anybody else that have installed on Mandrake 9.1?
