Handling subfolders and files

Hi.
I'm new to KDevelop, and I have a couple of questions.
Once I have added a subfolder or a file to a project, how can I rename it?
Can I make it from the KDevelop, or am I supposed to do it form a shell? In
this case, how can the project file be updated?
What about removing subfolders?
