You can get debs from:
# Kdevelop & Gideon
deb http://people.debian.org/~njordan/stable binary/
deb-src http://people.debian.org/~njordan/stable source/
(change stable for unstable if you use sid)
I am using kdevelop 2.1.5, but sometimes, I try gideon, because both can be
installed without any problem. Jordan's repository stores debs both from
woody and sid (I'm using 2.999+cvs20030621-0woody1 ), so you have no excuses
for not triying gideon ;-).
