Gideon environment

When I first installed and ran gideon I had a cool looking interface
with tabs on all 4 sides of the screen.  For some reason now however, I
have an interface that seems to be half way between the old and the new
interface and have lost my help tabs on the right side and the tabs that
were on the left side and top...

My interface by the way is set to view all the tool bars and things but
they also are not showing up...


What happened?
