./configure problem for kdevelop-3.0a3 build

./configure runs fine, but issues the following message at the end:

"You have no kdelibs documentation generated by Doxygen installed.
You should install Doxygen from www.doxygen.org, reconfigure
and rebuild the kdelibs sources. Then you should rerun this
configure script."

I am running RedHat 7.3 and KDE 3.0.3

Does this mean I have to get the KDE 3.0.3 source rpm, extract the
tar.gz file, and manually compile?  If so, it is apparently asking
for the .configure script to be passed some info.  What should I 
pass it?
