alpha2 is so outdated that it almost hurts, please use alpha3 at least or the 
CVS version.

If you insist to compile alpha2, you can grep for "KDE_VERSION" and change the 
check to 

#if KDE_VERSION >= 310

(this is already fixed in KDevelop > alpha2).
