where do I download the latest kdevelop

hi! where can I download the latest version of
kdvelop? I saw some ftp sites but I don't know which
one to download. There are a lot of version and the
one I went to had a lot of files.. should I download
them all? or is there a file which contains the
complete package? By the  way my OS is Redhat Linux
