Code completion in Kdevelop 3.0.0b1 ?

Note that Doxygen is NOT needed for code completion to work. 
Also, r++ is now deprecated in favour of the gui tool now in KDevelop.

I think this was experimental feature to include api documentation in the code 
completion tooltip that simply wasn't finished in time for the 3.0. Hopefully 
it will be completed for 3.1. Personally, I've never seen it in action, not 
even in screenshots. :)
