Compiling gideon

Hi,

I'm using RH9 with kdelibs 3.1.3 (and kdelibs-devel!). I have compiled
Qt 3.2.1 from source and altered bashrc so KDEDIR points to
/usr/local/kde inside which are two symlinks to /usr/bin and
/usr/include/kde IIRC. This is following the advice on the KDevelop
website.

When I run ./configure, the script gets so far and then dies on checking
for plugins in UIC saying I need to install kdelibs.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
