Haskell Support for Gideon

Hello!
I've written a _basic_ language support (as a kdevelop part)  for Haskell.
It's possible to create, compile and run Haskell projects but no pretty-print, 
source parser, etc yet, but i'm working on it.
At the moment only the Glasgow Haskell Compiler (http://www.haskell.org/ghc) 
is supported (as a kdevelop plugin).
If needed i can supply a patch or a tar.gz file since there are only new files 
to be added except the main template file.
