compiling gideon kdelibs doxygen location

Hi,

I am running kde 3.1.3 which I built with konstruct. For kdelibs I
additionally did: make apidox.

In 2.1.5 I successfully got the documentation to appear in the help
menu and be searchable by ht://Dig.

Now I'm compiling gideon from cvs and I tried:

./configure ... --with-kdelibsdoxy-dir=/usr/local/kde/share/doc/HTML/en/kdelibs-apidocs/

and it says it didn't find the kdelibs documentation.

Do you have any idea why it's failing, or what I can look for?
