Compile Problem

It's interesting that the configure script doesn't search for this first.

Anyway, it's the libart library.  You can find a current copy in the 
kdesupport package, or somewhere through the Gnome site.  I recommend the 
kdesupport package as it's maintained to work with your specific KDE version.
