Version discrepancy

Hello,

This question has been bugging me for a while but I didn't think it was
necessarily worth the effort to ask.  It's finally bugged me long enough
to ask...

My KDevelop title bar includes the text "KDevelop 2.1.3".  But the
Help-About KDevelop dialog includes the text "KDevelop 2.1.4".  

Which version am I running?
