checking if UIC has KDE plugins available...HELP!!!

I have checked the configure file.

The error seams to be a check for:
configure:23943: checking if UIC has KDE plugins available
configure:23970: /usr/share/qt3/bin/uic -L /usr/lib/kde3/plugins/designer 
-nounload -impl


so maybe it's a good idea to check the config.log and see what's wrong.
