checking if UIC has KDE plugins available...HELP!!!

I have been getting the following error message when I try to compile gideon 
or any kdevelop app from within kdevelop 2.5.1.  I recently made some changes 
to my KDE install.  I currently have the latest SuSE RPMs for KDE 3.1.1 and 
QT3.1.2 installed.  The only exception to this is that I am using the 
libqt-mt.so.3 from QT3.1.1 because the newer .so is breaking my fonts.  I 
don't believe that is the source of the prblem, however.  I've tried pointing 
at my own build of both QT and KDE.

If anybody understands what this error means PLEASE let me know how to fix 
this:

 ../kdevelop/configure

need to install kdelibs first.
