New Bug Tracking System

Hi,

http://bugs.kde.org finally switched over to bugzilla. This introduces some 
nice new features:

* "bug voting": If you have a bug that really annoys you, don't hesitate to 
vote for it. Bugs with many votes are likely to be fixed first.

* CC: you can add your eMail address to the CC list of bugs so you get a 
notification when the bug has been fixed or when additional information 
arrives.

There are also a lot more options for categorizing and modifying bugs, feel 
free to use the new system.

If you are a developer, feel free to grab a bug and fix it :)
