Feature requests/problems

David,
welcome to the club. 
A few of your bugs are fixed in the latest KDevelop version which is
2.1.3 as of now. As to your suggestion, all I can say is that the
debugger part in the development version is looking for a new
maintainer. John Birch who has done an excellent job has pretty much
passed on the torch but noone's taken it yet.
