Docking my windows

Okay, after another one of the KDevelop 2.1 crashes, I have  started it 
up again only to find that the treetool and output tools windows are no 
longer docked to the main window, and I can't help feeling that I'm 
being incredibly dim here, but I can't get them to dock again!

Any help would be appreciated...
